To join Michaels Marketplace, sellers must meet a few requirements:
- High-volume resellers and distributors, typically with over $1M in annual revenue
- Orders must be fulfilled from a U.S.-based warehouse or a third-party logistics provider
- Applicants need to have a U.S. legal entity with the ability to complete a W9 form, a U.S. bank account, a U.S.-based fulfillment location, and an active EIN.
- Both resellers (with the legal right to resell products) and brands selling their own products are eligible.
