On March 4th Walmart added a new option in the returns section called Replacements by Department. After this feature is activated, customers can choose whether they like to return an item or replace it. You can turn on this feature on your Walmart Seller Center -> Settings -> Returns tab.
It can be applied to all of your items or only specific categories. You can read more about this feature here.
