If you participate in Walmart WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) program and run into some issues, there’s good news. You can now contact Walmart not only via a support case through Walmart Seller Center but also call them to get immediate support. As for now, phone support is only available for WFS related categories and issues; other concerns have to be still addressed via support cases.
To contact WFS phone support, please follow the instruction in this guide; just pick Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) Program as a support category. After selecting a sub-category, you will see two options to choose from – a regular support case or phone support:

To contact their support go here and select the following path: Business Verification Questions and Issues > Verifying Status Update Questions. Please note, when providing verification data, you need to ensure you fill out all the forms and provide all the documents accurately. Do not make typos, and upload all the required documents. Any mistake will extend the process and likely lead to your account being automatically rejected. For example, your business details MUST be entered exactly as they appear in your IRS records or other government-issued documents.
