Amazon has expanded its options for sellers using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to manage product returns more efficiently. These new features make the process easier for sellers and customers alike while promoting sustainability.

Key options include:

  • Grade and Resell: Sellers can now resell returned items after a quality check, available to all U.S. FBA sellers.
  • Product Support: Free help for customers with product setup and troubleshooting, reducing returns.
  • Returnless Resolutions: Allows refunds without requiring item returns, ideal for low-cost or international products.
  • FBA Donations: Unsellable items can be donated to those in need through a partnership with Good360.
