Draw More Attention to Your Products with Walmart Special Tags

Have you ever noticed the short descriptions in the upper left corner or the shipping details section on the product page? Those are Walmart special tags assigned to your products as a result of running a promotion or activating fast shipping on Walmart Seller Center. Some of these tags can also be awarded to sellers who constantly provide good quality products and services.

The tags can draw more attention to your products and drive conversion significantly. Most of them are easy to set up directly on Walmart Seller Center or GeekSeller, so you should not hesitate to try them out!

Below you can find a breakdown of each tag and how you can get them on your products.

  • Reduced Price or Clearance
You can add a reduced price to any of your products. In this option, the regular price is crossed out, and reduced price is highlighted. Clearance, on the other hand, is mostly used when you would like to discontinue a product and offer it at a lower price. Please keep in mind that the discount in both cases has to be 5% for products cheaper than $100 or at least $5 for products over $100. Here you can find instructions on how to set it up on Walmart.
  • 2-day Delivery
You can enable TwoDay delivery anytime to gain extra visibility, boost search results, and added exposure in the 2-day Delivery filter.
  • Pro Seller Badge
There are a few requirements that you need to fulfill to get this badge, but it is certailnly worth the effort. You can read more about it in this post. For instructions on how to improve the quality of your listings, check the Listing Quality Optimization guide.
  • Best Seller/Customer Pick
These special tags are assigned by Walmart team on top-selling products that remain in-stock and are popular among the customers.

Promotions and fast shipping can be easily set up through the GeekSeller Walmart panel. If you need some help, you can contact our team here.
