PayPal’s upcoming changes to fees and friends & family transactions
Starting July 28, 2022, for the customers in the US, the Goods & Services seller fee will change to 2.99%, with no fixed fee. This is to compare with the current 2.89% + $0.49. Additionally, the US customers will now only be able to send Friends and Family peer-to-peer payments to consumer PayPal accounts.

FedEx introduces picture proof of delivery
FedEx will soon start offering Picture Proof of Delivery for express and ground residential deliveries in the U.S. and Canada that are released without a signature. Photos will be accessible through FedEx tracking tools and will not require an account or log-in. This service will be free and will not require enrollment.
